Recently, with the developing technology and the spread of smartphones, mobile software has started to be developed in all fields and
has become extensively used by mobile phone owners. Effective development of mobile applications produced to support education in
higher education is significant for achieving the intended success. The most important benefits provided by mobile learning applications
to users are expressed as accessibility, freedom of movement and continuing education. Determining and evaluating the critical success
factors that are important for mobile learning applications to be successful and high quality is an essential issue. In this context, critical
success factors can be evaluated in two dimensions. The first of the dimensions can be indicated as the needs of students and the second as
the quality compenents. In this study, critical success factors that interact with each other were investigated by Fuzzy DEMATEL method
and essential conclusions were obtained.
