Dear Academicians and Researchers,
Leaving behind the second year with our Journal's third issue of the year of 2012. This year was a very active and intensive year for our Journal. Firstly, our University's name was changed to the Bülent Ecevit University in April 2012. Short, but still we had an adjustment period. However, the Journal started by the attention of academic indexes during the year, “Direct Open Access Journals (DOAJ) Index”, “Index Copernicus” and “EBSCOhost”. This situation, and your qualified articles alleviate our exhaustion.
In this issue, problems in our country recently emerged in the field of science, proposed law of higher education, the Bologna process, the assessment and recommendations of the universities in Turkey, and in the World, norms in graduate education, research education in training of scientists, and forensic chemistry training are included. We hope you enjoy.
Hereby, I would like to thank our administrators, authors and my colleagues, because of their valuable contributions in publication of our Journal.
Wish you happiness, health and prosperity.
Professor Şükrü Oğuz ÖZDAMAR, M.D.
